5 Ways to Create Positive Energy Flow



Worried about office issues when you’re not at work? Anxious during the weekend about the work week ahead? We all have anxious thoughts from time to time. But you know what, it’s natural.


Yet, you can only go so far if you’re constantly consumed with anxious energy. Such energy is not conducive to attracting what you want to create in life. It can create blocks to opportunities too.


Increasing positive energy flow helps you manifest faster breakthroughs.


Ultimately, it comes down to being in the vibration of what you desire. After all, when we vibrate at the same frequency as the best version of ourselves, we are able to manifest faster breakthroughs.


Sure, it’s not easy to have high-vibe thoughts 100% of the day, but so long as you are able to make an effort to do so 51% of the time, you’ll see progress! So be sure to have trust that what you need will come forth.


Sometimes this may mean taking a break from people who are draining you. This could include taking a mental health day from work or simply journaling out your thoughts. Start with something small such as making the choice to treat yourself to a long hot shower.

This includes letting go of thoughts that don't serve you to releasing festering emotions. So no more excuses for not having enough time to take care of you.

1. Sweat it out: It may be cold outside be even going for a brisk walk can make all the difference!


2. Cry it out: Let go of the self-judgement. You are not a baby and crying is therapy for the soul!


3. Talk it out: When we speak our truth, we feel more aligned and authentic with our purpose!


4. Write it out: Journaling helps to get our thoughts out on paper and gain clarity! Got something to say? Let it out, girl! Yes, clear that throat chakra by sharing your truth.

5. R.A.I.N. on your thoughts.


R.A.I.N. stands for recognize, accept, intention, and neutralize. Recognize that feeling worried is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion.


As humans, we are wired to operate on survival mode. Whenever we feel threatened or fearful, anxious surface...fast. Basically, the sympathetic nervous system is activated which is often referred to as the fight or flight response.


Accept your feelings and thoughts by letting go of any self-judgement. Sometimes we feel even more anxious because we think we shouldn’t feel anxious in the first place. So let go of any self-judgement and allow yourself to feel.


Take three slow breaths to ease your way out of the fight or flight mode. Next, set the intention to release the anxious thoughts. You may then wish to set the intention to detach from any particular outcome.


Here’s how to manifest with the law of detachment.


The “I” in R.A.I.N. also stands for introspection.


Get to the bottom of why you are feeling nervous and concerned by doing some self-reflection. Anxiety can be caused by both external and internal events. You could be worried about a specific person, or situation.


Or your concerns could be triggered by an external event. Memories of traumatic event can also trigger anxious feelings.


Once you understand the basis of your feelings, it’s time to neutralize it. Get to the bottom of why you are holding on to concerns. Understanding this will ultimately create space and ease for releasing the anxiety.


The key is to be mindful of the anxious energy that can be created when we hold such thoughts. If you recognize the lower vibrations that you carry from holding on to anxious thoughts, take a moment to consider what is keeping you from letting go of your concerns.
