Are You Missing Hidden Opportunities to Create Wealth?

Opportunities come in many forms and in the least expected ways. Some opportunities are overlooked when we are so focused on our expectations of how a particular goal should manifest. How do we know if we’re missing hidden opportunities to create wealth?


Opportunities surface when we are raising our vibrations. More opportunities show up when we are in alignment with the high vibrational frequency of the Universe. If we don’t change our vibrational frequency, then we aren’t able to attract higher frequencies.


Law of Attraction.


Our thoughts and energy always precede the physical world. What manifests in the physical world is a result of our thoughts and energy. Thus, if we want more opportunities, we need to be willing to change our thoughts and better manage our energy.


If we want huge changes in our life, we need to make huge changes energetically. The key is to keep investing in ourselves by taking small actions to keep ourselves in the zone of the frequency of where we want to go.


For instance, how do you want to feel when you get that dream career? Creative? Then take actions that make you feel creative right now. These can be small actions such as trying a new ingredient in your recipe to gardening.


Sometimes, we end up approaching challenges from a place of resistance. No worries, I’m guilty of it as well! Change is tough and it’s easy to resist it. But resisting makes it more difficult to transition to a higher vibrational frequency.


Now this doesn’t mean we have to be happy high-vibin’ people all day long. No, that would be crazy and require too much coffee. We can live a high vibrational lifestyle simply by being mindful of our thoughts.


Energy flows where thoughts go.


Negative thoughts surface all the time. It’s totally ok. We always have the choice to mindfully observe the thought or to react to it. Sometimes we react to it and it snowballs into more angry actions. It’s ok. We are human. We make mistakes. That’s how we learn the lesson of self-forgiveness.


When facing perceived failures, second chances are always available. The Universe sends us hidden opportunities all the time. It may not be exactly the same situation, but in a different form.


Notice when elements of the past surface again. That’s the frequency you left off at and you have the opportunity for a do over.


It could also be that the Universe is simply showing you how far you’ve come. However you interpret it is your choice.


Many people don't realize that they are so close to a breakthrough. Here are some ways to tell if you are near a breakthrough.


It’s not easy to have high-vibe thoughts 100% of the day.



But so long as we are able to make an effort to do so 51% of the time, we’ll see progress! So be sure to have trust that what is needed will come forth. Sometimes this may mean energetically detaching from challenging situations and negative people.


This could include taking a mental health day from work or simply journaling from stream of conscious. Whatever the action, be sure it stems from choices that aim to bring about joy.


When surrounding by a lot of chaos, it’s easy to lose your sense of peace and balance. The next time you feel like your emotions are taking over, remember that it’s ok to feel the way you do.


In fact, having a meltdown happens to all of us at one point or another. The key is to ground yourself during such emotional times.


With increasingly busy lifestyles, it’s easy to allow weeks to go by without spending much time outside. It’s also easy to get caught up in a daily routine that does not include any time focused on you.


Trust me. As an empath, I know it can be tough when surrounded by heavy energy. Staying grounded in the midst of challenging times is a lifelong learning process. But it comes naturally with consistent practice!


What does it mean to be grounded?


To ground yourself is to balance the spiritual and physical energy in your body. You can do so by connecting yourself with the earth.


When you are grounded you feel like you are present and in the moment. It is especially important for healers and lightworkers to practice grounding techniques to maintain balance. But, grounding is great for anyone, particularly empaths and highly sensitive people.


If you are in high-stress environments, at home or at work, and feeling overwhelmed, assess whether it might be that you are being pulled away from that connection with earth energy. If so, ground yourself in order to reduce the stress and anxiety.


How can you tell if you aren’t grounded?


Other than “feeling off”, you may feel lightheaded, tired, disconnected, anxious, and flighty. These feelings and emotions can happen when you have excess energy running through your system. It can also happen when you are conflicted with ongoing difficult challenges at work and home.


Spiritual grounding is referred to by some as earthing. It can help get rid of excess energy and sort of “plug” you back into Mother Earth. Grounding helps balance out your energy and gets you back in touch with your physical body.


So what are some ways to get grounded or remain grounded when life gets chaotic? Below are 3 simple, but not necessarily easy, ways to help you do just that.


Keep in mind is that not every tip will work for every person. Simply try out different techniques (or a combination) until you find what’s most helpful for you!


1. Connect with nature.


Go for a walk in the park, buy some plants to put in each room of your home, or simply listen to a waterfall on YouTube! There are countless ways to connect with nature.


Another simple way to ground yourself to earth is to walk barefoot outside. Feel the grass, sand or soil under your feet. Focus on the sensation on the earth beneath you. Simply be at one with the earth!


2. Take a salt bath.


Don’t have time to go for a hike in nature? No worries! Taking a hot salt bath is just as effective! Salts are beneficial for grounding because of their natural healing properties. Combine that with the cleansing properties of water and you’ve got a powerful duo.


No sea salt or anything similar to it laying around at home? No problemo. Essential oils are another way to go! Essential oils or scents, such as lavender and sage, can also help with grounding. If you don’t have a tub, or time to sit and soak, use a salt based body scrub in the shower.


3. When in doubt, work it out.


Specifically, do something physical that gets the blood flowing. Physical activities can help you feel centered quickly.


Exercise such as yoga is great because you focus and connect with your physical body while expending excess energy at the same time. Yoga also centers you on a mental, spiritual and physical level.


Need to multitask? Physical activity, such as washing dishes, vacuuming the house, or cleaning out a drawer can be therapeutic and cleansing. Cooking can be meditative for some as it can help bring upon a sense of nurturing the body.
