R.A.I.N. on your FOMO thoughts.


R.A.I.N. stands for recognize, accept, intention, and neutralize. Recognize that feeling worried is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion.


As humans, we are wired to operate on survival mode. Whenever we feel threatened or fearful, anxious surface...fast. Basically, the sympathetic nervous system is activated which is often referred to as the fight or flight response.


Accept your feelings and thoughts by letting go of any self-judgement. Sometimes we feel even more anxious because we think we shouldn’t feel anxious in the first place.


So let go of any self-judgement and allow yourself to feel.


Take three slow breaths to ease your way out of the fight or flight mode. Next, set the intention to release the anxious thoughts. You may then wish to set the intention to detach from any particular outcome.


Here’s how to apply the law of detachment.


The “I” in R.A.I.N. also stands for introspection.


Get to the bottom of why you are feeling nervous and concerned by doing some self-reflection. Anxiety can be caused by both external and internal events.


You could be worried about a specific person, or situation. Or your concerns could be triggered by an external event. Memories of traumatic event can also trigger anxious feelings.


Once you understand the basis of your feelings, it’s time to neutralize it. Get to the bottom of why you are holding on to concerns. Understanding this will ultimately create space to let go of the anxiety and create positive energy flow.


The key is to simply be aware of the anxious FOMO energy.


If you recognize the lower vibrations that you carry from holding on to anxious thoughts, take a moment to consider what is keeping you from energetically detaching from your concerns.


As a busy person, you can’t go very far if you’re in anxious energy. The energetic flow is not conducive to what you need to attract in order to build wealth.


So take a moment to recognize what actions needed to be taken in order to give you a sense of relief and create space for what you desire. Will the actions steps distract you from your money goals? Or will the next steps lead you closer to your goals?


Ultimately, it comes down to being in the vibration of what you desire. After all, when we vibrate at the same frequency of the best version of ourselves, we are able to manifest faster breakthroughs.


Keeping the faith is essential in order to prevent cluttering your energy. If you continuously bounce from self-doubt to self-confidence throughout the day, the ‘yo-yo’-ing will impact your vibrations.


Sure, it’s not easy to have high-vibe thoughts 100% of the day.


But so long as you are able to make an effort to do so 51% of the time, you’ll see progress! So be sure to have trust that what you need will come forth.


Sometimes this may mean taking a break from social media which may trigger you to want to spend. Or spending less time with people who are always encouraging you to splurge.


Whatever you do, but sure the actions you take stem from choices that bring about joy. Raising your energetic vibrations will help to build wealth. After all, money is energy!
