2. Stay hydrated.
Water is an amplifier for energy. Consuming more liquids helps with energy flow through the chakras. It also helps with grounding.
Not a fan of drinking plain ol’ water? No problemo. You can always spice up your beverage of choice with mint leaves, lemon, strawberry, cucumber, and so forth. Drinking coconut water and watermelon juice can also help to keep your body cool.
3. Ground down.
Don't push yourself but do the needful during this time period. Opt for gentle flow yoga over a cardio spin class. Dive into a new book to help you wind down during the evenings. The full moon a great time to ground down a bit to prepare for a really amazing blast of energy that's in store.
