Who doesn’t want to live a high vibe lifestyle? When we shift our vibrations to a higher frequency, we allow ourselves to be more in alignment with Universal energy (Reiki). Sure, it’s not humanly possible to be happy 100% of the day. But that’s ok. Being positive all the time is not necessary to raise your vibration to a higher frequency.
There are many ways to raise our vibrational frequency.
The inner work includes practicing gratitude, being mindful of our negative self-talk, journaling, and meditating. The outer work includes being aware of our surroundings. Specially, being mindful of the people we spend the most time with.
Why do we need to be aware of the people we choose to spend our time with?
As the saying goes, our vibe becomes our tribe. Who are the top five people in your tribe? Your tribe can include friends, family members, mentors, and peers.
In your social circle, make an effort to seek out people who will have an inspiring and encouraging influence in your life. Create an exchange of energy that generates positivity.
Sure, negativity naturally surfaces from time to time. During those times, support one another in turning those negative vibes into positive fuel.
But what about those crazy people that come into our lives that we can’t quite get rid of? Maybe you have a client at work that doesn’t respect boundaries. Perhaps you have an annoying neighbor that keeps coming over to your home.
What’s a girl to do?!
We all want what is positive, but sometimes negative people come into our lives to help us learn certain lessons to strengthen our soul. These spiritual lessons include patience, forgiveness, and so forth.
We can’t always control who is our boss, colleague or other people that we may have to deal with on a daily basis.
But what we can control is how we manage our energy. We have the power to shift our vibrations to a higher frequency regardless of our circumstance.
Check-in with yourself.
Our feelings and emotions are data points from our Higher Self helping us navigate our day. When we check-in with ourselves, we are taking mindful moments to tap into our intuition.
Both positive and negative emotions act as an energetic compass. That compass can help guide us to tackle challenges and raise our vibrational frequency.
Here are 3 ways you can shift frequency to a higher vibration starting today:
1. Set energetic boundaries.
In order to thrive, relationships ideally have an even exchange of energy. That may not always be equally balanced but overall, it should be somewhat even. When you check in with your energy regularly, you are better able to recognize when it is time to set boundaries.
Physically removing yourself from your office cubicle to be away from a negative boss or distancing yourself from any type of emotionally depleting environment may not always be an available option.
Here are 3 effective techniques on how you can energetically set boundaries for yourself in order to detach from negativity and better manage your energetic health.
Take a hot bath using Epsom salt, sea salt, and baking soda. To help you reset, use equal parts of each ingredient to open the radiation out of your auric field. Taking a hot bath with black tea works just the same too. This is especially helpful when dealing with a hard problem that is ongoing and recurring.
Maintain a clean home and car. When you are cleaning your environment, set the intention to wipe, sweep, clear away negative energy and bring in positive energy.
Reiki visualization. Visualize yourself in a ball of white light. Surround yourself with this white healing light to protect your energy from other energies that do not serve you.
2. Create positive fuel.
We can simply shift our energy by making a choice. Remember, we are not responsible for another person’s happiness or mood.
We have the choice to limit what we give of ourselves to those who drain us. It’s ok to say no.
After all, your time and energy is yours!
Your thoughts, intentions and actions carry energetic vibrations. Positive thoughts and loving intentions carry high vibrations. They create “good karma”.
Our thoughts and feelings shape our reality. Positive words and actions shape the world around us. Thus, we are constantly shaping our world, little by little, with our positive, negative or neutral vibrations.
3. Daily Reiki self-care.
Reiki is universal life force energy. Daily Reiki self-care provides an opportunity to reduce stress, anxiety, and bring balance as often as needed.
Reiki universal energy works with the law of attraction. By incorporating Reiki techniques into your lifestyle, you can raise your vibrations and open up opportunities to attract what you want into your life.
