Ever met someone and felt a strong connection even if you just met? It’s as though you knew that person for a long time? Chances are, you’ve known this person many, many lifetimes and he or she is part of your soul group.
What’s the difference between a soul mate vs a life partner?
Many people refer to a romantic partner as their soul mate when they actually mean their life partner. A soulmate is someone who comes into your life to teach you and enrich you into a higher state of consciousness. A life partner is a companion whom you trust and depend on throughout your life.
What is a soul group?
A soul group is the inner circle of people in your life. They are part of your life to help teach you life lessons. These people include friends, colleagues, and family members that deeply impact your life's journey.
These infinite beings of consciousness most likely have been with you in previous life times. They may have spent the majority of time with you in the ethereal realms. While in the ethereal realms, you and your soul mates agree upon soul contracts to meet at some juncture in a place of incarnation.
Thus, before your were born, you chose the experiences that you desire to have in this incarnation and “signed” soul contracts with people who will help you along the way. For instance, you chose your parents and your unique lifestyle in order to learn certain life lessons and grow spiritually.
Crossing paths with an individual from your soul group can last a few hours, like at a party, or 50 plus years, like in a marriage. Sometimes only death will end such connections.
By finding your soul group, you grow at not only an individual level but also a collective level. Each soul group members’ plan is equally as important in the overall evolution of the whole.
When it comes to meeting your soul group members, you will meet him or her during opportune times in your life, not by coincidence. Your higher self also plays a role in the arrangement between two or more souls.
During these moments of meeting is when you sometimes feel that instant strong connection. Here are five ways to tell if someone you met is a part of your soul group:
1. Instant familiarity:
When meeting a member from your soul group, you may immediately feel a sense of familiarity. It’s like you both “speak the same language. You might have a similar sense of humor, or you share goals and belief systems.
Some believe that this familiarity is due to spending past lifetimes with your soul group. Either way, if someone is a member of your soul group, you will just “get” each other.
A member of your soul group sees your potential and encourages you to be at your best. Your soul mate will encourage you to follow through on activities that allow for personal development and spiritual growth.
This may include supporting you in eating healthier, working out, or pursuing your dream career. Nothing makes them happier than seeing you be vibrating at a higher frequency.
3. Open and honest communication:
A member of your soul group has the unique ability to cut straight to the truth. For instance, he or she may call you out when you shouldn’t be wasting time with a toxic friendship.
Your soul mate can see when you’re not acting in your own best interests, and are not afraid to help you stand in your highest light.
At the same time, this person can handle the truth. He or she is open to recognize when a mistake was made. Whether this person hurt your feelings or crossed some sort of boundary with you, he or she will have the wisdom to apologize because they are sensitive to your feelings.
It’s not easy to come across loyalty in times of need, particularly when you are not at your best. A member of your soul group will support you, even when it’s not pretty or convenient.
He or she will bring you soup when you are sick, lend a listening ear after a breakup, or simply be there for you when you need the support. A soul mate can make you laugh so hard that even in times of pain, he or she can bring a smile to your face.
5. Energy exchange:
The relationship with a soul member is never one-sided. One of the biggest signs of a true soul group relationship is the natural give and take of energy.
You may rely heavily on your soul mate in times of need. At the same time, when the tables have turned, this member of your soul group will have the intuitive awareness to check in with you as well.
So you’ve tried everything to meet that soul mate for life. Online dating, going to parties you don’t even want to go to, speed dating, the list goes on.
What’s taking me so long to meet my romantic life partner?
You got a great personality and looks to match. But your Mr. Right is nowhere in sight! Where the heck is Mr. Right?
I get it. I’ve been there. Prior to meeting my Mr. Right, I was just as frustrated and impatient. I was loving the single and fab lifestyle but at times, it got lonely.
And you know what? Looking back, Mr. Right came along when I wasn’t looking. The same goes for the previous guys that I dated too! Each time, I was merely doing my own thang. I was doing what brought me joy, be it traveling or yoga...with my girlfriends.
When Mr. Right came along, I was in the midst of an Eat, Pray, Love journey.
So how did we meet if all I was doing was focusing on me?
I was not proactive. Just doing activities that brought me joy. Let me explain further…
When we do what brings us joy, such as a hobby, we are raising our vibrations. When we raise our vibes, we are better able to attract who and what we want into our lives. We are raising our frequency to vibrate at the frequency of where we want to go in life.
That’s the thing about energy work. Energy flows through all life categories: relationships, health, finances, etc. Energy is not limited by time, distance or space.
When we are doing what brings us joy in one life category, energy is able to flow through other categories as well. And that is when Mr. Right usually comes along.
Nothing is wrong with you just because you are single.
Being single can be fabo but sometimes it get tiring to hear the same questions: “How come you’re still single?” or “What’s wrong with you?” I may not know you but I can assure you that nothing is wrong with you just because you’re single.
Nothing is wrong with you because you don’t need a boo to feel fulfilled. Being single allows you to get to know yourself better allowing you to better understand your strengths and weaknesses. As a result, you are more equipped to stand your own ground because you rely on your own abilities.
Although I really wanted to be married before 30, it just didn’t pan out that way. In fact, I didn’t meet The One until I was 35. Ironically, it wasn’t until I realized that nothing was wrong with me when Mr. Right came along.
Being single also allows you the time and energy to focus on you. Specially, when you invest in your holistic wellness, you increase your wealthness (wealth + wellness).
Make the most out of your singlehood by getting your financial ducks in a row. Through financial freedom, you’ll have a more solid foundation for a healthy relationship!
Clear your money chakra!
Hit a glass ceiling in your career? Got stubborn money blocks? Your money chakra, aka root chakra, may be unbalanced.
The key to clear blocks getting in your way of being in the energetic flow is to align yourself to vibrate at the frequency of where you want to be in life.
By incorporating a holistic approach, you are better able to raise your vibrations to attract financial abundance.
